These Terms govern your access to and use of the GarmentFlow website and software (the "Service"), provided by GarmentFlow ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
GarmentFlow is garment manufacturing software built on the open-source Frappe and ERPNext frameworks, covering design, production, logistics, quality, ERP and HR.
You are responsible for your account, credentials and the activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Paid plans are billed as described on our Pricing page. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy.
The GarmentFlow modules, brand and content are owned by us or our licensors. The underlying Frappe and ERPNext frameworks are licensed under their respective open-source licenses.
The Service incorporates third-party and open-source software subject to their own licenses.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited as permitted by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Paraguay, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
