Garment work is seasonal and we're not going to pretend otherwise. Pause your subscription for up to three months a year. Your styles, patterns, orders and history stay exactly where you left them.Available on all paid plans, from your account, without asking us.

What happens when you cross a line?

GarmentFlow counts the operators who recorded work in the last thirty days. Cross into the next band and we tell you, in the product, at month end — and you have a full month to decide. Nothing locks, and no invoice arrives that you didn't see coming.A one-off busy month doesn't move you up. We look at the trend, not the peak.
Billing

How billing works.

Currency
Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are calculated at checkout for your country.
How you can pay
Card, or bank transfer against an invoice with payment terms and your PO number. Bank transfer is available on every paid plan — you don't have to be Enterprise to ask for it.
Who invoices you
Paddle, our merchant of record. They handle tax and the paperwork, and they're who your accounts department will see.
Onboarding
Studio and Factory M set themselves up — import your styles, materials and customers, and start. From Factory L upward, onboarding is quoted separately once we've seen your operation. We quote it before you sign, not after.
Cancelling
From your account, any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
What we don't charge for

Add your whole factory. The price doesn't move.

Updates

Every improvement we ship is included — no version upgrades to buy, no maintenance fees.

Devices

Phones, tablets, terminals, the office. As many as you need.

Leaving

No exit fee. Your data exports to standard formats whenever you ask — including the designs your team created. They were always yours.
Honest limits

What isn't included.

Custom development, integrations we haven't built yet, and data migration beyond a standard import are quoted separately. Training is included for your administrators; training every operator on the floor is a service we'll price for you. We'd rather tell you now than at the proposal.

Questions

The ones we actually get asked.

Is the free plan really free?
Permanently, with no limit on styles and no card. We make money when a factory puts production, quality and costing on it — not by squeezing the design team.
Which plan am I on?
Count the people who record work on the floor — cutting, sewing, finishing, packing. Office staff and designers don't count. If you're near a boundary, take the lower plan; we'll tell you if you cross.
Can we pay by bank transfer?
Yes, on any paid plan. You'll get a proper invoice with payment terms and your PO number on it.
What if we stop paying?
Your instance is kept for 60 days and your data is exportable the whole time. We don't hold a factory's production history hostage over an invoice.
Who can see our data?
Your own instance, your own database — not a shared pool with a customer column. We don't sell it, share it or train on it.
Is there a contract?
Month to month unless you choose annual. No minimum term, no notice period, no automatic multi-year renewal.
