Implementation and reseller partners

Sell the system a factory built

You know the garment factories near you. We built the software in ours. Partners set GarmentFlow ERP up for the factories they work with and are paid for that work. Certified Partners also resell the licence, and earn more the better their factories run.

Why factories listen

You arrive with a factory, not a pitch deck

INDOPAR has made garments in Paraguay since 1989, and has run on GarmentFlow every day for three years. When a factory owner asks how the cutting room works with it, the answer comes from our cutting room.

A demo factory to open in the meeting

Your own login to the demo factory: three styles in the middle of their work, from the design to the shop. You show the order moving through cutting, sewing and packing instead of describing it.

It thinks in styles, sizes and colours

One style with its size-and-colour grid stays one grid from the order to the box. The factory owner sees their own way of working, not a generic ERP they have to bend.

Nothing for you to host

Each factory gets its own site on our servers, backed up every day. Your time goes into the factory: the styles, the operations, the workshops and the people.

Leads from your country

When a factory in your country asks us for a walkthrough or tries the demo, a Partner can take it. Taken, it is theirs alone.

Three levels

Earned by the factories you look after

Every level is reached by what you have done, never by asking. Every partner keeps what they charge a factory to implement it.

Registered

Approved, and ready to sell

When we approve your application.

  • Your partner code and link: a factory that signs up with either is your customer.
  • A login to the demo factory for 90 days.
  • Your implementation fees, at your own price.
  • Courses on GarmentFlow Academy.

Partner

Leads from your countries

When your first paying customer is live.

  • New leads from the countries you sell in, to take and work.
  • The demo factory for as long as you are a partner.
  • A dashboard of your customers: who uses their site, and who has gone quiet.
  • Your implementation fees, at your own price.

Certified Partner

Resell the licence

Certified implementers, a practical exam and 3 paying customers live.

  • You buy the licence at 20% off the list price, 10% more while your service score is Good, and bill the factory yourself.
  • For as long as you look after the customer well.
  • New leads 48 hours before anybody else.
  • Your implementation fees, at your own price.

Paid for service

The better your factories run, the more you earn

A Certified Partner's discount follows the service their customers get, measured every day and fixed every quarter: how many of your factories actually use their site each week, how many stay with you, what they tell us in a two-question survey after 30 and 90 days, and how fast you answer a lead. A customer who is not looked after for two quarters can move to us or to another partner, and the margin goes with them.

Leads

Leads are for the partners who work them

A lead is a factory that asked us for help. It goes to somebody who will call it.

Earned by closing

Leads open with your first paying customer. You hold 2 at a time, two more for every customer live, up to 10.

Worked, or given back

Contact a lead within 3 working days and close it, won or lost, within 30 days. A lead left alone goes back to the country.

A record that counts

Win fewer than one in ten of your last 10 leads and new ones pause for 90 days.

A few we get asked

Do I need to be a software company?

No. Most of the work is in the factory: the styles and their grids, the operations, the workshops. If you know how a garment factory runs, the software is what GarmentFlow Academy teaches.

Who does the factory pay?

The implementation they always pay you, on your own invoice. The licence they pay us by card, unless you are a Certified Partner billing them yourself: then they pay you, and you pay us each month at your discount.

How is a customer mine?

They sign up with your partner code, or from your link, or you make the account for them from your dashboard. Whichever comes first, they stay yours while you look after them.

What does a Certified Partner have to keep up?

The year's course for your implementers, 4 new paying customers a year, and the service your factories get. Fall short at a quarterly review and you are a Partner again; your customers stay yours.

Is there a fee?

No. Applying and certification are free.
