Refund Policy
Effective 14 August 2026Last updated 14 August 2026
When you get your money back, how to ask, and how long it takes. We would rather pause your subscription than take money for something you are not using.
1 · The short version
In one paragraph
Try any paid plan for 30 days. If it isn't right, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. After that, cancel any time and you won't be charged again — we don't refund a period already served. Annual plans are refunded pro rata if we fail to deliver the service. Onboarding work already carried out is not refundable.
2 · The free plan
The Design plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using it whenever you like and export your data first.
3 · 30-day money back on your first payment
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, write to support@garmentflow.io within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. No form, no explanation required — though we would be grateful for one, because it tells us what to fix.
This applies once per customer, to your first paid subscription. It does not apply to renewals.
4 · Monthly subscriptions
Cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then and are not charged again.
We do not refund part of a month already begun. If you have been charged after cancelling because of an error on our side, tell us and we will refund it.
5 · Annual subscriptions
Annual plans are prepaid and discounted by two months, which is why they are not refundable on a change of mind after the first 30 days.
We will refund the unused portion, pro rata, if:
- we materially fail to provide the service and do not fix it within a reasonable period after you tell us;
- we materially reduce the features of your plan and you cancel because of it; or
- we change these terms or our Terms of Service to your material disadvantage and you cancel before the change takes effect.
If you would rather not lose the value, consider pausing instead — see section 7.
6 · Onboarding and implementation fees
Onboarding is quoted separately and delivered by people's time. Once work has started it is not refundable. If you cancel before work has started, it is refunded in full.
If we have completed part of the work, we refund the balance not yet delivered, calculated against the agreed plan of work.
7 · Pause instead of cancelling
Garment manufacturing is seasonal and a quiet quarter is not a reason to lose your data. You may pause a paid subscription for up to three months in any twelve-month period. You are not billed while paused, and your styles, patterns, orders and history are kept exactly as you left them.
Ask at support@garmentflow.io. Pausing is usually a better answer than a refund.
8 · How to request a refund
Write to support@garmentflow.io from the email address on the account, telling us which subscription and why. We aim to answer within two business days.
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method. Paddle typically processes refunds within 3–10 business days, though your bank may take longer to show it. You may also contact Paddle directly through the link on your invoice.
9 · When we won't refund
- Requests made more than 30 days after your first payment, other than the annual cases in section 5.
- Periods already served on a monthly plan.
- Onboarding work already carried out.
- Accounts terminated by us for a serious breach of the Terms of Service.
- Charges arising from a change in your factory's operator count that increased your plan band, where the higher plan was in fact provided.
None of this affects rights you have under mandatory consumer or local law.
